What:                  The Future of Crypto Currency Regulation

The premise of this briefing is to educate Arizona Bankers and other FHLBank member financial institutions in Arizona, California, and Nevada on US Representative David Schweikert’s guidance and rationale for structuring Crypto regulation. Rep. Schweikert's perspective as the Co-Chair of the Congressional Blockchain Caucus coupled with his Ways and Means Committee assignment brings a unique view, that will benefit bankers understanding this new component of the global economy.

Fennemore attorney David McCarville is the co-chair of AZ Bankers Emerging Technologies Committee and an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law where he teaches classes on Bitcoin and Smart Contracts. Mr. McCarville will enhance the discussion by providing additional information and context on the subject.
